The Cape Cod Stranding Network, Inc., a project of IFAW, is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that receives funding through competitive grant programs and private gifts. CCSN relies on the generous donations of our supporters to help us cover the costs of providing critical care to stranded marine mammals. All donations are deductible to the extent permitted by law.
There are many ways to make a financial contribution to the Cape Cod Stranding Network and to truly make a difference for dolphins, whales, and seals in distress.
Cash - The least complicated way to give. Checks made payable to Cape Cod Stranding Network, Inc. CCSN also accepts online donations, please see the link below.
Securities - Currently tax-deductible at their fair market share. A gift of appreciated securities may have additional benefits to the donor. Securities held in a broker or bank account may be transferred electronically.
Pledges - Payable over three or four years in either cash or securities. A combination of an initial gift of cash or securities and a multi-year pledge helps CCSN plan for the future.
Matching Gifts - Many employers match the charitable contributions of their current and retired employees, thus increasing the effectiveness of your gift.
Bequests - Leaving a charitable bequest is the most simple and effective way to leave a legacy. A charitable bequest to CCSN may be structured in a variety of ways.
